Motherboard maker monitor apps use more resources than say HWInfo does. My 3700xt idles at 35-40c, up to 74-76c under load. And this is an allcore o/c @ 4.3ghz with a 1.256 undervolt. Gigibyte's SIV (monitor software & fan control) software will have the cpu hit 48-49c when open, where HWInfo will see below 40c. Your 5700G has a PPT of 88W, a max boost clock of 4.6 (I think?), and a thermal limit of probably 90 or 95C. .
