With the cost of 9mm these days, I would buy a P365 chambered in 22LR for some cost effective, realistic training. The gun would need to weigh the same as a 9mm P365 and have the same trigger pull. I'm not sure if a 22LR would have enough recoil to cycle the slide.The down side is they are small parts but the upside is any 365 can be converted. The P365 platform is very versatile. As a note the parts are also relatively inexpensive if you shop around. FMJ was fired from one of my 10 round mags. (without the pinky extension.) I’m left handed, do not ride the slide, and limp wristing is not and never has been an issue with me.Regardless, once Sig receives the P365, they will probably replace the entire upper. Gas Pedal type take down levers are for race/range guns. I don't put the P365 in that category. The pistol has evolved into a much larger platform, i.e., XMacro, but is still easily concealable. Start adding RDS, extended magazines, gas pedal, etc., and it becomes as big as standard service pistols.
